Filing Requirements for Bosnia and Herzegovina

Patents:

1. Specification and claims to be translated.

2. Abstract of maximum 250 words or 150 words if with drawing.

3. Three sets of formal drawing (A4), clear black lines on white paper, minimum top margin 2.5 cm, left 2.5 cm, right 1.5 cm, bottom 1 cm.

4. Priority document, if any (to be filed within three months as of the filing date). Translation to be submitted if requested by the Patent Office (if in English or translated into one of these languages, it is ussually accepted without translation).

5. If the priority application was filed by another applicant, the present Applicant must sign a declaration explaining his right to file in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

6. Power of attorney (no legalization required)
